Daily Program

Day 01 – ARRIVAL IN ISTANBUL

Meet your guide at arrival terminal of Ataturk Airport and transfer to hotel.

Welcome dinner at Hamdi Restaurant, enjoying splendid scenery of Galata Tower and Golden Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 02 – FULL DAY ISTANBUL

After breakfast start your morning visiting Blue Mosque, named after its Turquoise colored tiles made of quartz minerals. Your next stop is Saint Sophia, one of the largest Christian shrines ever built in history. Continue with Topkapi Palace, the magnificent home of the Ottoman Sultans located on the very cape of the peninsula where Constantinople was founded. An intense tour of the palace will include the Harem and the Treasury. Lunch at Konyalı Palace Restaurant. Afternoon visit to Spice Market visited by locals for fresh choices of spices. Return to hotel to relax. Early evening private sunset cruise on the waters of the Bosphorus, Dock at pier of Angle Blue Restaurant for a fabulous seafood feast. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 03 – FULL DAY ISTANBUL

Start your of Istanbul with Church of Chora, famed for its gold gilded mosaics. Continue to Suleymaniye Mosque considered the most beautiful of all the imperial mosques in Istanbul. Capture a panoramic view of the monumental edifices and skyline of the city from the very peak of 13^th century Galata Tower. Lunch at Darulziyafe Restaurant. Afternoon visit Grand Bazaar. Dinner at Neyzen Restaurant in Kumkapi. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 04 – ISTANBUL / CANAKKALE

After breakfast depart for Murefte. Visit the famed Gulor Winery and hear about the impressive progress of wine making in Turkey. Tour the vineyards for wine tasting and to participate in the harvesting of the grapes of the season. Guests will be able to observe the process of wine making with Murefte grapes. Enjoy a joyous lunch served at the winery composed of appetizers and dishes cooked with olive oil. In the afternoon, continue to Canakkale for overnight accommodation. Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 05 – CANAKKALE / BOZCAADA / CANAKKALE

Excursion to Bozcaada one of the two Turkish isles on the Aegean. The isle is already well known among wine connoisseurs for the award winning Corvus wine produced from the native vineyards of the island. Today, you will be met by the experts, receive an enchanting tour of the establishments along with the vineyards and hear the exciting story of Corvus Winery. After your lunch on the island, return to hotel. Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 06 – CANAKKALE / KUSADASI

Morning visit to the legendary city of Troy. Arrival in Bergama for lunch. Enjoy your feast given at the local restaurant of Mehmet Saglam, a local chef that creates miraculous barbecue food. Afternoon tour of the Greco-Roman city of Pergamon, including its Asclepion, the ancient medical center and Acropolis. Continue to Kusadasi for overnight accommodation. Dinner at Cinar Restaurant. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 07 – IZMIR / CAPPADOCIA

Morning tour of Ephesus visiting Marble Road, Temple of Hadrian, Terrace Houses, Library of Celsus, and the Great Theater of Ephesus. Lunch at Bizim Ev Restuarant. Transfer to Izmir Airport for short flight to Cappadocia. Dinner at your hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 08 – CAPPADOCIA

Start your morning tour with Kaymakli Underground City, a subterranean settlement composed of troglodytic cave dwellings. next is the Monastic Center of Goreme famed for its rock-hewn churches decorated with Byzantine frescoes. Continue to Ortahisar for photography opportunities of gorgeous valleys surrounding Three Beauties, the iconic rock formations of the region. Continue your tour visiting Zelve, a rock-hewn town occupied until 1942. Tour Pasabag Valley and enjoy the view of the tower-shaped Byzantine hermitages. Lunch at Dimrit Restaurant. In the afternoon experience an educational presentation on weaving arts and rug making in the village of Goreme. Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 09 – CAPPADOCIA

Morning experience; hot-air ballooning. Return to hotel for breakfast. Leisurely late morning start followed by breakfast. Tour of Turasan Vineyards and Winery with the company of local experts. Lunch at Urgup Somine Restaurant. Afternoon visit to the studio of Chez Galip, the most famous pottery artist of Turkey for the opportunity to watch his enchanting performance on potters’ wheel. Enjoy meeting Chez Galip and hearing the secrets of his art. Farewell dinner at Elai Restaurant. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 10 – DEPARTURE FOR HOME

Early morning flight to Istanbul to connect to international flight to US to bid farewell to Turkey.
